The Santa Sessions will be taking place at our Santa Cottage at Alicia's house in her backyard!

Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before your session. Our Santa sessions are back-to-back, and you'll wait in your car until called. Sessions are 20 minutes; if you're late, you'll only have the remaining time of your allotted appointment.

We would suggest arriving no earlier than 10 minutes before your session, in case of delays (if there is one).

You can park in the driveway on either side of the large staircase in the numbered parking spots 1, 2 or 3. If those spots are full please park on the street until one of those spots opens up. Please stay in your car until we come to get you for your session! Due to limited parking, if your family will be arriving in separate vehicles, please only use one of the parking spaces and park the rest of your vehicles on the street.

If anyone in your family is feeling under the weather, please give us a call to reschedule. With RSV, the flu, and COVID going around this time of year, it’s especially important to let us know if you or your children are sick. We want to keep Santa and Alicia healthy so that all the children can enjoy their visits—if either of them gets sick, we may have to cancel or postpone sessions.

We’ll do our very best to find a new time for you (we even keep a contingency date open specifically for reschedules due to illness, though availability may vary).

While we strive to keep all appointments on schedule, occasionally unexpected delays can occur—such as late arrivals, nervous little ones, or a day full of energetic toddlers! Rest assured, we do everything we can to ensure each child has the opportunity to meet with Santa and have a memorable experience. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as we’re committed to giving each family the time and attention they deserve. Thank you for your grace!

It’s completely normal—sometimes little ones feel nervous or just have an off day, and that’s okay! We have plenty of gentle tricks to help make the experience easier, and we truly appreciate your trust in the process.

That said, there are moments when a child may be too upset, and while we’ll always do our best to capture some sweet memories, we encourage parents to focus on the joy of the Santa experience itself. If this year isn’t quite your child’s year, there’s always next year—and often it’s even more magical! And let’s be honest, those “crying with Santa” photos have a charm all their own and become treasured classics for many families.

Children tend to be happier and more relaxed if they aren’t fussed over too much before their session. Please note that there are no bathrooms or changing areas available, and we kindly ask that you wait in your car until it’s your turn for photos.

You’re welcome to do any last-minute touch-ups in your car if you’d like, but we do ask that your children arrive fully dressed and ready in their outfits before your session begins. This helps us stay on schedule and ensures you get the most out of your appointment time. If your child isn’t ready when we call you in, it will shorten the time we have for photos.

Parents are welcome to join for one family photo! Adding family pictures, with or without Santa, is an additional $50 fee. To add this to your session, simply send us an email, and we’ll include it in your final invoice.

We love dogs, we really do – there are 7 dogs between everyone at our studio! However, as much as we love visiting with your beloved pups, our Santa session are one of the few sessions that we do not allow dogs or animals.

Yes! Light editing is included! Any additional advanced editing requests such as: slimming, head swaps, removing of acne, scars, rashes, or scrapes, etc. will be subject to an additional fee per image.
